Grandmother's Legacy

Woman's Roots: Grandmother's Legacy...

You may have inherited your eye color from your mother, your nose from your father, your stubbornness from your grandfather, or your soft heart from your grandmother. The house you live in, the car you drive, or your antique furniture may also be inherited from them. But what about your insomnia, your failing career, your toxic relationships, your persistent financial problems that you can't solve, your illnesses?

Isn't it strange: none of us can deny that we inherit our eye color, hair, height, and even intelligence genetically from our families, but when we say that traumas can also be part of family inheritance, most of us say, "Really?"

We designed the online workshops to help you understand how trauma is transmitted, to teach you to look at the bigger picture, and thus to get the most out of the work done.

In the "Inheritance Passed Down from Ancestors: Grandmother's Legacy" workshop, we look at our feminine roots—our mothers, grandmothers, and great-grandmothers. In this step-by-step, in-depth study, we connect with them, try to understand what kind of legacy we may have received from them, and see the family picture deep within your mind. The Grandmother's Legacy workshop will help us take a step towards a life in harmony with ourselves and our roots, freeing ourselves from the chains we perceive as fate and bringing to light the memories imprinted on our bodies.

CONTENTS:
